SHIPPING & DELIVERY

By placing an order with Feeling Friday, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Shipping Policy and Return & Refunds Policy.


SHIPPING COSTS

Norway

• PostNord "Pakke til hentested" – 49 NOK

• HeltHjem "Pakke til hentested" – 59 NOK

• Porterbuddy – 99 NOK


International (Europe)

• UPS International Shipping – €9.95


DELIVERY TIMES

We process and ship most orders within 24–48 hours on business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, holidays, weather disruptions, carrier delays, customs processing, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Norway

• Posten "Pakke i postkassen" – 2–6 business days

• PostNord "Pakke til hentested" – 2–4 business days

• Posten "Pakkeboks" – 2–4 business days

• HeltHjem "Pakke til hentested" – 2–4 business days

• Instabox Locker – 1–5 business days

• Porterbuddy Express – 1–2 business days*

*Delivery times apply to most major and central cities in Norway. Deliveries north of Trondheim and to smaller or non-central locations may require additional transit time.


International

• UPS – 2–5 business days


PORTERBUDDY

Porterbuddy orders must be placed before 11:00 CET on business days.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates provided by Porterbuddy are not guaranteed.

While Feeling Friday aims to dispatch eligible orders within the stated processing times, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time window or on a specific date.

Delays caused by Porterbuddy, traffic conditions, weather, technical issues, high-demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation, refunds, cancellation of the order, or reimbursement of shipping costs.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped with UPS.

We currently only ship within Europe / the EU.

We do not currently ship to:

• United States

• United Kingdom

• Asia

• Middle East

• Africa

• Australia

• Other regions outside Europe

Delivery times are estimates only.

Feeling Friday is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, customs authorities, local postal services, or other third parties.


TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are collected at checkout where applicable.

No additional customs fees should be charged upon delivery where duties and taxes have been prepaid.

Please note:

• Taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return

• Customs fees are non-refundable

• Import fees are non-refundable

• Brokerage fees are non-refundable


REFUSED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

If an international shipment is refused:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Taxes and duties are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs will apply

• Any import charges incurred remain the customer's responsibility

If a shipment is abandoned or disposed of by the carrier, the order is not eligible for a refund.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly before placing your order.

We are unfortunately unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

If a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Missing name on mailbox

• Failed address change

• Customer not registered at the address

• Incorrect postal code

• Incorrect phone number or email address

A fee of 99 NOK applies to Norwegian orders.

Additional shipping fees may apply to international orders.


DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Pakke i Postkassen

If you choose "Pakke i postkassen", the package is considered delivered once the tracking status is marked as delivered by PostNord/Posten.

From this point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or disappear after delivery to the mailbox.

If you do not wish to accept this risk, we recommend selecting delivery to a pickup point instead.


Pickup Point (Pakke til Hentested)

Packages delivered to a pickup point are considered delivered once the parcel has been collected and the carrier's tracking confirms collection.

Responsibility transfers to the customer upon collection.

Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after collection.


Parcel Lockers / Pakkeautomat

Packages delivered to a parcel locker (Pakkeautomat) are considered delivered once the parcel has been collected and the carrier's tracking confirms collection.

Responsibility transfers to the customer upon collection.

Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after collection from the parcel locker.


Safe Place (Hensetting)

If you choose "Safe Place" delivery, the package is considered delivered once the tracking status is marked as delivered.

Responsibility transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery confirmation.

Feeling Friday does not replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the designated safe place.


Porterbuddy

Packages delivered with Porterbuddy are considered delivered once the tracking status is marked as delivered.

If the package has been delivered outside the address, at the door, or another agreed delivery location, responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed according to the tracking information.


International Shipments (UPS)

Packages shipped with UPS are considered delivered once the tracking status is marked as delivered by UPS.

This includes deliveries made to:

• Delivery address

• Reception

• Concierge

• Mailroom

• Parcel locker

• Safe place

• Any delivery location approved by the recipient

Once delivery has been confirmed by UPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.


CARRIER DELIVERY RECORDS

Carrier tracking information, delivery scans, GPS scans, collection scans, photographic proof of delivery, and carrier records may be relied upon by Feeling Friday when determining delivery status.


DELIVERY DELAYS

Feeling Friday's responsibility ends once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Feeling Friday is not responsible for delays caused by:

• PostNord

• UPS

• Porterbuddy

• HeltHjem

• Customs authorities

• Local postal services

• Weather events

• Technical issues

• Strikes

• High-volume periods

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery delays do not entitle customers to refunds, compensation, cancellation, or reimbursement of shipping costs.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting shipments within the carrier's collection period.

Unclaimed packages are subject to:

• 300 NOK / 50 EUR fee

• Shipping costs

• Return shipping costs

Packages refused upon delivery are treated as unclaimed packages.

Refusing delivery is not considered a valid return method.

This policy also applies to replacement shipments sent following an approved claim (complaint). If the original order is still within the return window and the replacement shipment is not collected, it will be treated as an unclaimed parcel. If the original order is outside the return window, the replacement shipment will be returned to the customer at their expense.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Failure to report a damaged or incorrect item within 24 hours may result in the request being rejected.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Feeling Friday reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing fault.

If approved, we may offer:

• Replacement

• Refund

• Store credit


STOCK AVAILABILITY

Feeling Friday strives to ensure accurate stock levels at all times.

In rare cases, inventory discrepancies, overselling, pricing errors, technical errors, or stock inaccuracies may occur.

Feeling Friday reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund for unavailable items.


FRAUD & ABUSE

Feeling Friday reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Cancel orders

• Reject returns

• Withhold refunds pending investigation

• Report suspected fraud to relevant authorities

All attempts at fraud will be documented and may be reported to the police.


FORCE MAJEURE

Feeling Friday shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing delays

• Weather events

• Strikes

• Government restrictions

• Technical failures

• System outages

• Natural disasters

• Other unforeseen events beyond our control
