SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery time

We process and ship most orders within 24-48 hours on business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location within the country.

PostNord (pakke i postkassen): Typically takes 2–6 business days.

PostNord (pakke til hentested): Typically takes 2–4 business days.

PostNord (pakkeautomat): Typically takes 2–4 business days.

HeltHjem (pakke til hentested): Typically takes 2–4 business days.

DHL Express Norway: 1-2 business days*

UPS: 2-5 business days


*Delivery time applies to most major and central cities in Norway. Shipments to locations north of Trondheim, as well as to smaller towns and non-central areas (e.g., Førde, Ørsta and similar destinations), may require additional transit time.

Please note that delays may occur during high-traffic periods, such as peak seasons and promotional campaigns.

International shipping costs

All international orders placed with us are processed and shipped via PostNord or UPS, with delivery typically taking 1–6 business days.

  • Orders placed before January 21st, 2026, 10:30 AM: Duties and taxes are not included (DDU). Any import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to DHL during delivery.

  • Orders placed on or after January 21st, 2026, 10:30 AM: Duties and taxes are included at checkout (DDP). Feeling Friday handles and pays these charges on your behalf. No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable in case of a return.

  • If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for initial shipping, import fees, and return shipping. In some cases, refused packages may be deemed abandoned and disposed of, and will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Terms – Pakke i Postkassen:

Feeling Friday is not responsible for any packages that are stolen or disappear from your mailbox after delivery. When an order is shipped using the delivery method “Pakke i postkassen,” it is considered delivered once tracking confirms that the package has been delivered to your mailbox.

Once the package has been delivered as agreed, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. This means that if the package is lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement.

We strongly recommend ensuring that your mailbox is secure and that someone is available to retrieve the package shortly after delivery. If you do not wish to take on the risk of potential loss or theft associated with mailbox delivery, we recommend selecting “Pakke til hentested” at checkout. This option allows you to pick up your package from a secure pickup point.

Damage to the item:

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. This includes issues such as stains, loose threads, or other visible defects. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please note that Feeling Friday does not accept returns for items damaged due to general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect qualifies as a manufacturing fault. If confirmed, you will be offered a replacement, refund, or gift card. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will result in the item not being eligible for replacement or refund.

In the event you receive an incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We guarantee either a refund or the prompt dispatch of the correct item. To complete the process, the incorrect item must be returned within 14 days. We will provide a return label, which requires a printer. Failure to return the incorrect item within the specified timeframe will result in a full charge for the item. Your prompt cooperation is appreciated. If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we will not be able to replace or refund the item. Requests reported significantly later may unfortunately not be processed.

Incorrect shipping address in Norway:

We are not responsible for shipping costs if you provide an incorrect shipping address, do not have your name on the mailbox, are not registered at the given address, or have not reported a change of address to Posten. In such cases, if the package is returned to us, a fee of NOK 99 will be charged for orders within Norway.

Unclaimed packages in Norway:

If a package is not picked up at the post office or the delivery location, we reserve the right to debit the costs this entails. If you do not pick up your package at the post office and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 300 as well as shipping and return costs.

All attempts at fraud will be tracked and reported to the police. 

Stock availability:

Feeling Friday does its best to ensure that stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you ordered are not available, you will be issued a gift card or refund for the out-of-stock item.
