Returns & Exchanges

1) Head to our Returns Portal

2) Enter your order number and email.

3) Choose what you’d like to return or exchange.

4) Pick a shipping method and get your QR code.

5) Drop your parcel off at your chosen location.

Returns must be registered and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• No stains, makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, perfume, odors, or damage
• Items must be returned in the original product bag
• The item must be placed in the correct product bag

Please return your order in the original shipping bag if possible. If not, we kindly ask that you use minimal packaging and avoid unnecessarily large boxes to help reduce environmental impact.

Important

• The clear product bag is considered part of the item
• Returns without the original clear product bag will not be approved
• All items must be returned in resellable condition

Rejected returns

Non-approved or late returns will be sent back to you. A 99 NOK fee applies for return shipping of rejected returns.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for using the correct return label, properly packaging the return, covering/removing the original shipping label, and keeping proof of return shipment. Returns sent with the wrong label/address are the customer’s responsibility.

Our exchange policy

• One (1) free size exchange per order for customers in Norway
• Exchanges are only available for size changes
• Register your exchange through our return portal
• Exchanges are processed once the return has arrived and been approved
• Exchange processing/shipping may take a few days

Need it faster?

If you are in a hurry, we recommend placing a new order instead of registering an exchange. If you keep the new order, simply email us after receiving it and we will remove the return fee from your original return once it has been processed.

Exchange conditions

• Exchange requests must be registered within 14 days
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, in the original clear product bag, and in resellable condition with no stains, odors, makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

Returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

International orders

We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please place a new order instead.

How do I make an exchange?

Register your exchange in our Returns Portal . Pack the item in its original packaging, including the correct original clear product bag. Once registered, you will receive a QR code and instructions by email. Bring the QR code to your nearest PostNord location. Your new item will be shipped once the return has arrived and been approved.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed and refunded once the package has arrived at our warehouse.

After the refund has been issued, it may take an additional 7–10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

• You will automatically receive an email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued
• If your return tracking shows that the package arrived at our warehouse only a few days ago, we kindly ask for your patience while the return is being processed
• If it has been more than 20 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse, please contact us

• 99 NOK return fee for Norwegian returns
• 30 EUR return fee for international returns
• 300 NOK / 50 EUR return fee for larger returns (3 or more items)
• 300 NOK fee for unclaimed parcels
• Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund

Claims must be registered through our return portal.

Please remember to:

• Select “Complaint / Klage / Ødelagt vare” – not a regular return
• Upload clear photos/videos of the issue
• Include your order number

Please note:

• As a general rule, if your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement item if it is in stock.
• If you choose not to collect the replacement parcel while still within your return window, it will be treated as a standard unclaimed shipment, and an unclaimed parcel fee of 300 NOK will apply.
• If the original order is outside the return window, the replacement parcel will be returned to you again, subject to a return shipping fee.
• Normal wear and tear (such as pilling) is not considered a valid claim.
• Claims reported after 3 months are likely considered wear and tear.
