International (Europe)
- UPS International Shipping - €9.95
- All international orders are shipped with UPS
- Taxes & duties are paid at checkout where applicable
- Delivery usually takes 1-6 business days
- We currently only ship within Europe / the EU
- We do not ship to the USA, Asia, the UK, the Middle East, or other regions outside Europe
- Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control
- Feeling Friday are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or customs processing beyond the estimated delivery timeframe
If an international shipment is refused:
- original shipping fees are non-refundable
- taxes & duties are non-refundable
- return shipping costs will apply
If the shipment is abandoned/disposed of by the carrier, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Please make sure your address is entered correctly before placing your order, as we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address after the order has been placed.
If a package is returned due to:
- incorrect address
- missing name on mailbox
- failed address change
- not being registered at the address
A 99 NOK fee applies for Norwegian orders.
DELIVERY
We process and ship most orders within 24-48 hours on business days.

*Delivery times apply to most major and central cities in Norway. Deliveries to locations north of Trondheim and smaller/non-central areas may require additional transit time.
International
- UPS - 2–5 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons and promotional campaigns.
Porterbuddy Express
- Porterbuddy orders must be placed before 11:00 CET on business days
- Orders placed after cut-off, weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day
- Delivery times are estimated from dispatch date
Unclaimed packages are subject to:
- 300 NOK/50€ fee
- Shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
Packages refused upon delivery are treated as unclaimed packages.
Pakke i Postkassen
If you choose “Pakke i postkassen”, the package is considered delivered once the tracking status is marked as delivered by PostNord/Posten.
From this point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or disappear after delivery to the mailbox.
If you do not wish to accept this risk, we recommend choosing delivery to a pickup point instead.
Safe Place (Hensetting)
If you choose “Safe Place” delivery, the package is considered delivered once the tracking status is marked as delivered.
All responsibility transfers to the customer after delivery.
Feeling Friday does not replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the designated safe place.
Porterbuddy
Packages delivered with Porterbuddy are considered delivered once the tracking status is marked as delivered.
If the package has been delivered outside the address, to the door, or in another agreed delivery location, responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed according to the tracking information.
