SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery time
We process and ship most orders within 24-48 hours on business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location within the country.
Pakke i postkassen: Typically takes 2–5 business days.
Pakke til hentested: Typically takes 1–3 business days.
DHL Express Norway: 1-2 business days*
DHL Express Worldwide: 1-5 business days
*Delivery time applies to most major and central cities in Norway. Shipments to locations north of Trondheim, as well as to smaller towns and non-central areas (e.g., Førde, Ørsta and similar destinations), may require additional transit time.
Please note that delays may occur during high-traffic periods, such as peak seasons and promotional campaigns.

International shipping costs

All international orders placed with us are processed and shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 1–5 business days.
For orders placed before January 21st, 2026, at 10:30 AM:
- Shipments are sent as DDU (“Delivery Duties Unpaid”).
- Any duties, taxes, or fees required by customs in your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- These charges are not covered by Feeling Friday, and the customer must ensure they are paid to avoid delays or issues with delivery.
*For orders placed on or after January 21st, 2026, at 10:30 AM:
- All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
- Duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout - we handle and pay these charges on your behalf.
- You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
- Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Terms – Pakke i Postkassen:
Feeling Friday is not responsible for any packages that are stolen or disappear from your mailbox after delivery. When an order is shipped with the delivery method “Pakke i postkassen,” it is considered delivered once the tracking shows the package as "delivered" to your mailbox. At this point, responsibility for the package transfers from Posten to the recipient.
This means that if the package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. We strongly recommend ensuring that your mailbox is secure and that someone is available to retrieve the package as soon as it arrives. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
If you do not wish to take on the risk of potential loss or theft with the delivery method “Pakke i postkassen, we recommend choosing “Pakke til hentested” as your delivery method, where you can pick up your package from a secure location.

Terms – DHL Safe Place
If you choose the "Safe Place" delivery option with DHL, all responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it is marked as delivered. Feeling Friday does not replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after being left in the designated safe place.
Terms – Bring Safe Place (Hensetting)
If you choose the “Safe Place” (hensetting) delivery option with Bring, all responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it is marked as delivered. Feeling Friday does not replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after being left in the designated safe place.
Incorrect shipping address in Norway:
We are not responsible for shipping costs if you provide an incorrect shipping address, do not have your name on the mailbox, are not registered at the given address, or have not reported a change of address to Posten. In such cases, if the package is returned to us, a fee of NOK 99 will be charged for orders within Norway.
Please note that Posten shipping is only available for orders within Norway. If you place an order from outside of Norway using this shipping option, a cancellation fee of NOK 79 will apply.
Unclaimed packages in Norway:
If you do not collect your package within the specified timeframe, you will be charged a fee as well as shipping and return costs. For unclaimed packages, regardless of the reason, a fee of NOK 300 as well as shipping and return charges will be applied to cover our expenses. This applies even if you received free shipping on your order, as Feeling Friday AS is charged for all shipping costs on packages sent to and from us via Posten.
Please note that unclaimed packages are very costly for us, which is why these fees are necessary. Marking the package as "refused upon delivery" is not an accepted method of return and will also be treated as an unclaimed package, subject to the same fees.
All attempts at fraud will be tracked and reported to the police.
Damage to the item:
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. This includes issues such as stains, loose threads, or other visible defects. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please note that Feeling Friday does not accept returns for items damaged due to general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect qualifies as a manufacturing fault. If confirmed, you will be offered a replacement, refund, or gift card. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will result in the item not being eligible for replacement or refund.
Delivery errors:
If you receive an incorrect item or incorrect size, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery, so we can assist you quickly. Requests reported significantly later may unfortunately not be processed.
Stock availability:
Feeling Friday does its best to ensure that stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you ordered are not available, you will be issued a gift card or refund for the out-of-stock item.
For orders outside of Norway
Taxes and duties:
- Orders within Norway are always duty-free.
- Orders before Jan 21, 2026, 10:30 AM: DDU – customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Orders on or after Jan 21, 2026, 10:30 AM: DDP – duties and taxes are included at checkout, no extra fees at delivery.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable in case of a return.
Refusal of payment for customs fees
When a shipment from Feeling Friday is refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and the return shipping expenses. Please note that in certain instances, the shipping carrier might deem the package as abandoned, leading to it being disposed of. Consequently, such orders won’t be eligible for a refund.
