Norwegian shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of 1199 NOK or more within Norway.
- “Pakke i postkassen” (Posten) 29 NOK
- “Pakke til hentested” (Posten ) 120 NOK
International shipping costs
- Europe: 59 NOK
- Rest of the world: 149 NOK
All international orders placed with us online are processed and shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 1–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that all international shipments are sent as DDU (“Delivery Duties Unpaid”). This means that any duties, taxes, or fees required by customs in your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by us, and the customer must ensure they are paid to avoid delays or issues with delivery.
Delivery time
We process and ship most orders within 24-48 hours on business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location within the country.
- Pakke i postkassen: Typically takes 1–5 business days.
- Pakke til hentested: Typically takes 1–4 business days.
Please note that delays may occur during high-traffic periods, such as peak seasons and promotional campaigns.
Please note that shipments may be delayed, which is not our responsibility. In high seasons there may be delays, we apologize for this.
How to make a return:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to contact@feelingfriday.no Remember to include the order number for the purchase you wish to return, so we can process your request quickly and efficiently. Once you’ve initiated a return, you must place a new order within 24 hours to qualify for a free exchange.
Please provide your name, order number, and details of the item you wish to return. We will send you a return label and further instructions via email as soon as possible.
You have a 14-day return policy when shopping in our online store, starting from the date you receive your order (in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, § 21). To complete a return, contact our customer service by email, and we will provide you with a return label. A return fee of NOK 99 will be deducted for returned orders.*
The products must be returned in their original condition and within 14 days. If you deliver the return late, it will not be approved and returned to you. Be sure to return on time. Note that you need a printer to make a return and it is your responsibility to return the package with the correct return label we have sent you. If you send a return with the wrong return label, we are not responsible for this and we are unfortunately not able to make any exceptions if you have used a wrong return label.
Who is responsible for the return shipment?
Feeling Friday does not cover return shipping costs. This decision is rooted in our commitment to the environment, as we aim to minimize the number of shipments and reduce unnecessary packaging waste.
Refund fees
Norway: 99 NOK*
Rest of Europe: 150-250 NOK / 29-37 USD* / 27-35 EUR*
Rest of the world: 300-400 NOK / 29-37 USD* / 27-35 EUR*
*For returns of more than 3 items from your order, a fee of 10 NOK per item will apply.
If you are located in Norway, we offer one (1) free exchange per order. For any additional exchanges, shipping costs will not be covered. To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as for a return. Once the return is initiated, you must place a new order within 24 hours to qualify for the free exchange. Please note that we currently do not offer international exchanges—you will need to place a new order for the desired items.
Refund:
We do not refund any additional shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. To qualify for a refund, the order must be returned in its original condition, meeting the following criteria:
- All tags must remain attached.
- The garment must be free from marks (e.g., self-tan stains, makeup stains, etc.).
- The item must not have any odors.
- The garment must not have been worn or washed.
Once we have received your return, you will be notified via email regarding whether it has been approved or not. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
Cancellation fee
An order can be canceled as long as the items have not been packed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team. However, please note that we process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be processed in time. A cancellation fee of 79 NOK will apply.
Terms – Pakke i Postkassen:
Feeling Friday is not responsible for packages that are stolen / disappear from your mailbox, and we have no opportunity to replace them. When the package is delivered with “Pakke i postkassen”, responsibility for the package passes from Posten to you.
Damage to the item:
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. This includes issues such as stains, loose threads, or other visible defects. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please note that Feeling Friday does not accept returns for items damaged due to general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect qualifies as a manufacturing fault. If confirmed, you will be offered a replacement, refund, or gift card. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe will result in the item not being eligible for replacement or refund.
In the event you receive an incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We guarantee either a refund or the prompt dispatch of the correct item. To complete the process, the incorrect item must be returned within 14 days. We will provide a return label, which requires a printer. Failure to return the incorrect item within the specified timeframe will result in a full charge for the item. Your prompt cooperation is appreciated. If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we will not be able to replace or refund the item.
Incorrect shipping address in Norway:
We are not responsible for shipping costs if you provide an incorrect shipping address, do not have your name on the mailbox, are not registered at the given address, or have not reported a change of address to Posten. In such cases, if the package is returned to us, a fee of NOK 49 will be charged for orders within Norway.
Please note that Posten shipping is only available for orders within Norway. If you place an order from outside of Norway using this shipping option, a cancellation fee of NOK 49 will apply.
Unclaimed packages in Norway:
If a package is not picked up at the post office or the delivery location, we reserve the right to debit the costs this entails. If you do not pick up your package at the post office and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 250.
All attempts at fraud will be tracked and reported to the police.
Stock availability:
Feeling Friday does its best to ensure that stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you ordered are not available, you will be issued a gift card or refund for the out-of-stock item.

For orders outside of Norway
Taxes and duties:
All international orders are shipped as DDU. DDU stands for “delivery duties unpaid”. This means that we are not responsible for duties and fees that may apply in your country. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.
Taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Refusal of payment for customs fees
When a shipment from Feeling Friday is refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and the return shipping expenses. Please note that in certain instances, the shipping carrier might deem the package as abandoned, leading to it being disposed of. Consequently, such orders won’t be eligible for a refund.
