If your size is sold out, you can press the “Remind me” button when you select the desired size under the product to receive an email when it is back in stock. 

Didn’t work out? No problem..

  • If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email [email protected]. After initiating about a return you must place a new order within 24 hours for a free exchange.
  • Make sure to include your name, items to be returned and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a return label and further instructions.

You have 14 calendar days to decide whether you want to keep your products, counted from the day you received your package. The products must be returned in their original condition and within 14 days. If you deliver the return late, it will not be approved and returned to you. Be sure to return on time.

Norway: 99 NOK 

Rest of Europe: 300-400 NOK / 29-37 USD* / 27-35 EUR*
Rest of the world: 300-400 NOK / 29-37 USD* / 27-35 EUR*

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with all shipping information.
Please keep in mind that it might take 24-48 hours from the moment your parcel is shipped for tracking information to be updated.

*If you are based in Norway we offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs. Follow the same process as if you would initiate a return. After initiating a return place a new order within 24 hours for a free exchange. We cannot do international exchanges at this time – you would need to place a new order with the items you want.

There are no customs fees for orders to Norway. 

For orders outside of Norway:

All international orders are shipped as DDU. DDU stands for “delivery duties unpaid”. This means that we are not responsible for duties and fees that may apply in your country. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.

Taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return.

When a shipment from Feeling Friday is refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and the return shipping expenses. Please note that in certain instances, the shipping carrier might deem the package as abandoned, leading to it being disposed of. Consequently, such orders won’t be eligible for a refund. 

Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days, but in high seasons and some cases it may take a few extra days. You will receive tracking from the shipping company after the package is shipped. Note that it may take some time before they update it.

You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers. Some mailbox providers (incl. Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders.

If you were logged in to your account when you placed your order you can always go to My Account and view your orders.
